At IHDUA we believe leadership and human values are deeply interconnected concepts that play a critical role in shaping individuals, organizations, and societies.
Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower individuals to lead with compassion, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards, ultimately creating a more just, compassionate, and responsible society for all.

This initiative by IHDUA helps the seasoned, young or budding entrepreneurs and leaders to have larger and comprehensive vision by facilitating experiential learning through internships, community service projects, or leadership roles in student organizations where students can apply their knowledge and skills.
Establishing small discussion groups or peer mentorship programs and encouraging peer-to-peer learning and collaboration through group projects and discussions.
We also organize leadership retreats and workshops to provide an immersive experience that allows students to connect with one another and practice leadership skills.
Guest speaker events and panel discussions with experts in leadership, ethics, and human values.
Leadership simulations and role-playing exercises that challenge
participants to make ethical decisions and understand the consequences
of their choices.
IHDUA provides ongoing support to program graduates, such as alumni networks, mentorship opportunities, and access to updated content.
